Scott Garry co-founded Smartlink in 2000 and currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development.  Throughout his career with the company, he has been responsible for national sales, recruiting, and employee relations in the telecommunications, energy, and government industries.  Prior to co-founding Smartlink, Mr. Garry specialized in providing power generation solutions for several telecommunications carriers, developing fixed and broadband networks throughout the United States.  He graduated from Whittier College in Los Angeles, California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing, where he also was a member of the nationally ranked lacrosse team.  Mr. Garry resides in Catonsville, Maryland with his wife, son and daughter.
