Jim Griswold was born and raised in the Annapolis, Maryland area.  He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice.  Mr. Griswold started his career working in the residential construction field.  Utilizing the management skills gained in residential construction, he began working in wireless telecommunications as the Director of Estimation and later the Director of Operations for a full service commercial and wireless construction company.  Mr. Griswold joined Smartlink in November of 2000, fulfilling key management positions for a number of clients running various engineering and wireless projects.  In 2006, he became the Director of Operations for Smartlink overseeing all milestone and consulting projects as well as facilities management.  Mr. Griswold currently serves as the Services Manager and resides in Severna Park, Maryland with his wife and two sons.
